What if I need to modify or cancel my order?

All orders can be modified or canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to modify or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours after placing the order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

All shipping address can be modified until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change the shipping address, you must contact us within 12 hours after placing the order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be changed.

Do you provide free shipping?

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS. However, we do not provide free shipping for some items.

Where do you ship to?

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

Do we need to pay for custom fees?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

 
What are your shipping charges?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method (air, sea, or land) and product weight/volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. How do I track my parcel?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please note that, for logistical reasons, some of your items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages (from the different warehouse) even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

 
What is your payment methods?

Our payment methods include Credit Cards and PayPal. All credit card information is kept to a minimum. The storage and retention of any credit card information are limited to what is required for business operations only.

What is your return policy?

A return authorization request must be made within 7 days of receiving your shipment. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Please contact us for return request.

What is your refund policy?

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (50 days not including 2-5 days processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
